We want you to love your ride, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all ebikes and accessories in their original packaging. Please ensure the odometer reads fewer than 10 miles to qualify for a full refund minus applicable shipping fees.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Repack your bike or gear in the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit; items must be clean and in like-new condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring all old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
