How long does it take to receive my Rad Power Bike?
In-stock bikes typically ship within 2 business days. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days via our specialized freight partners.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 14-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return your bike in like-new condition with less than 10 miles on the odometer. Please note that a restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes are shipped 85% assembled. We provide comprehensive video tutorials and all the necessary tools to complete the assembly in about 45-60 minutes. Alternatively, you can opt for Rad Mobile Service for professional assembly.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every Rad Power Bike comes with a one-year comprehensive warranty that covers all manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including the battery, motor, and frame.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we partner with Affirm to provide flexible monthly payment plans. You can select Affirm at checkout to see if you qualify for 0% APR or low-interest financing.
How far can I go on a single charge?
Most of our models offer a range of 25 to 45+ miles per charge, depending on the level of pedal assist, terrain, rider weight, and use of the throttle.
